NEW CONSTRUCTION – PROGRESS FRAME RPORT – $470

A progress frame inspection is aimed to identify defects to construction prior to lining the internal walls with gyprock. The areas that are inspected are the;

• Framework;
• Plumbing;
• Electrical and;
• Brickwork.

This report will help to minimise any avoidable issues later on in the build. We report on material and installation defects of the property that may affect the end result.
